05 Activity & supervision
KEK Yachting d.o.o. is registered for nautical charter (iznajmljivanje plovila / yacht charter) and operates under the oversight of the Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and the competent harbour master’s office (lučka kapetanija). All yachts carry valid registration, safety certificates and the equipment required by Croatian maritime regulations.
06 Insurance
Every yacht in the fleet is covered by hull insurance with UNIQA, together with the statutory third-party liability cover. A refundable security deposit applies per charter and is released after a clean handover. Full insurance terms and the security-deposit amount for your specific yacht are set out in the charter contract.
07 Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are, however, neither obliged nor generally willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board — we would always rather settle any issue with you directly.
